Electrohabit is committed to providing an extensive warranty policy to ensure the operational quality of your device.

Warranty Duration

Electrohabit offers a 6-month warranty for all purchased devices, starting from the purchase date. It covers any detected faults, and we will handle the repairs.

What’s Included in Our Warranty

  • Fast Repair: We begin the warranty process within 24 hours of receiving your device.
  • Replacement Device: If repairs are not possible, we'll replace your device with a unit of the same model and aesthetic condition.

What’s Not Covered
  • User-Caused Damage: Damage from physical impact, misuse, or negligence.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear of the device and battery.
  • Screen Breakage or Cracking: Damage to the screen or body.
  • Software Faults: Issues related to software are not included.
  • Virus Removal: Removal of viruses or malware.
  • Improper Use: Damage from improper or unusual use.
  • Opening the Device: Opening the device yourself voids the warranty.
  • Shipping Damage: Damage during shipping due to improper packing.
  • Altered Serial/IMEI: Tampering with the serial number or IMEI.
  • Indirect or Financial Damages: Data loss or other financial damages.
  • Specific Features Damage: Damage to features like the glass, home button, or camera.
  • Unauthorised Repairs: Repairs by you or third parties without prior consent.
  • Water Damage: Damage from water exposure or bending the device.

Ownership Changes

Notify Electrohabit if you sell or gift your device within the warranty period. Warranty extensions are not available after ownership changes, and only the original owner can claim warranty services.

Additional Costs

Electrohabit reserves the right to charge $25 for delivery costs if the warranty is voided or if "Find My" remains enabled. Photos of the device may be requested before warranty repairs.

Warranty Repair Process

  • Fill in the Warranty Form: Complete the warranty form at https://electrohabit.com/returns/ to start the process.
  • Back Up Your Data: Ensure all data is backed up before sending your device for repair.
  • Careful Packing: Properly pack your device to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the device is switched off, cushioned, and cannot move inside the package. Remove unnecessary markings from the packaging.
  • Shipping Instructions: Use DHL Express with the provided shipping label. You are responsible for the device's safety until it reaches Electrohabit.
  • Disable Find My: Ensure this feature is turned off before sending the device. Failure to do so within one month may result in return and delivery charges.
  • Leave Out Accessories: Do not send accessories with your device.

Repair Process

If a fault is found, necessary repairs will be made. If repairs are impractical, we'll replace the device with a similar model and condition. Repairs usually take about 10 business days, but may take longer during public holidays or due to other factors.

For an official repair statement for insurance, a $40 fee applies.

Warranty Processing Time

  • Processing Time: On average, the entire process takes around 10 business days. You will be notified once the repair is completed, and the device will be shipped back to you.
  • Factors Affecting Repair Time: Quality of the device, spare parts availability, extent of the fault, and other technical aspects may affect repair duration. Public holidays can also cause delays.

Please note, Electrohabit's devices are not covered by Apple's limited warranty or any AppleCare plans.
