No. iPhones from Electrohabit come with a charging cable and a sim ejector tool.
Do Macs from Electrohabit come with a charger?
Yes. Macs are supplied with either the original Apple charger or a compatible third-party charger.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by product and destination: $87 for laptops, $60 for iPhones, iPads, and accessories, and $200 for iMacs and large items.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as well as major credit cards like VISA and Mastercard through Stripe.
Are devices from Electrohabit authentic?
Yes. All devices on Electrohabit are genuine, professionally refurbished by trusted suppliers, and include a 6-month warranty and 14-day return policy.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3 weeks, plus 2 business days for processing.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship via UPS and FedEx for reliable delivery.
What does Electrohabit’s warranty cover?
The 6-month warranty includes fast repairs for detected faults, and if repairs are not possible, we’ll replace your device with a model of the same condition. It does not cover user-caused damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
What is Electrohabit’s refund policy?
You have a 14-day right to return items for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the items, using the same payment method. Items with any damage will either be returned to you or offered for paid repair. Please ensure "Find My" is disabled on your device to avoid delays.
