You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase. We provide a free return label for approved returns.
Exceptions: Perishable goods, discounted items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Second-hand electronics qualify for store credit only, no cash refunds.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

We offer a range of reliable delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Ships from our Zambia warehouses with Mercury Express or ZAMPOST. The fee is K200 (free for orders of K1,000 or more), and some items may be eligible for local pickup at designated points.
- International Express: For items shipping from our overseas warehouses. We use FedEx or UPS. The fee is K550 (free for orders of K5,000 or more).
- Same-Day Delivery (Lusaka only): We use Yabgo.

Why do some items estimate 3-4 weeks delivery?
Certain high-value electronics are stored in our Norway warehouse for secure global distribution. To avoid overstocking, we ship them to Zambia only when ordered.
Delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks as we handle export logistics and customs clearance. As demand grows, we'll stock more locally for faster shipping.
Rest assured, your total includes all customs fees—no hidden charges.

No, we currently don't offer lay-by or instalment plans on Opsando.com. All orders require full payment upfront.

We deliver to most addresses in Zambia. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, you’ll be contacted to collect your order from a designated pickup point nearby.

Yes, any applicable duties or taxes are included in your order total during checkout. We calculate duties and taxes according to the ZRA. And please note, we don't accept tax-exempt orders.
